How to use digipass
Everything you need on one page. Short steps for owners and for guests — no clutter.
Start in three steps
From account to a QR code on your table.
- 01
Create an account
Sign up with email or OAuth. Start a DigiPass subscription when you're ready for a public card.
- 02
Fill in your card
Add name, contact details, hours and photos. Changes appear on your public address within a few minutes.
- 03
Share the QR code
Download SVG or PNG and put it on a table, vehicle or invoice. The same code stays valid when you update details.
If you’re a guest
No account and no app needed.
Scan the QR or open the link
The card opens in your phone browser — phone, hours, map and links in one place.
Save the contact
One tap saves the number and address to your phone book (vCard).
Search the directory
On /imenik search for a trade or service by city and category. Typos and missing accents still work.
Dashboard — what each part does
After sign-in you edit everything in one place. Each item in a few sentences.
Overview
A quick look at visits and your plan. See whether the card is published and what still needs finishing.
Business card
Name, description, phone, email, address, hours, logo and cover. Turn directory listing on or off.
Links
Instagram, WhatsApp, catalogue, reviews… Paste a URL; title and icon are detected. Reorder by dragging.
QR code
Download for print (SVG) or for posting (PNG). The code points to digipass.space/i/…
Analytics
Views, clicks, saved contacts and scans — no cookies on guests. DigiPass includes analytics up to a year back.
Billing
DigiPass €10/month after the free trial. Paddle handles payment; cancel and invoices go through their email link.
Settings
UI language, directory country, password, data export and account deletion.
Sharing the card
On the public card a guest can share the link to familiar apps or copy it.
Add to home screen
Install digipass from the browser — faster access to the dashboard and better offline behaviour.
Handy tips
One QR forever
Change phone or hours in the dashboard — no need to reprint the code.
Language and country are separate
EN/HR only changes the interface. Directory country chooses where you appear in search.
No app for guests
Guests scan and read in the browser. You can keep the dashboard as a PWA on your phone.
Ready for your first QR?
Open a card, put the code on the table, and let the contact land in the guest’s phone book.
